When it comes to Quality, Anand Oil leaves no stone unturned in keeping and maintaining the quality of its products. The total Quality Maintenance care can be sub-divided into the following categories:

Raw Material
Anand Oil needs to get raw cotton seed wash oil for it products. The purchase of this oil takes place from two places mainly: Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh. The raw material is properly tested and only after passing the quality test it is taken in for further production process. The quality test takes place as per the FOOD SAFETY STANDARD CORP INDIA (FSSCI).
Production Process
The step by step process, taking place in the production of refined cotton seed oil is as follows:
- Neutralization
- Bleaching
- Decodinization
- Vitamin Addition
All these process are carried by keeping into consideration the Government rules and Regulations.
Step Check
At each and every step, proper care is taken to keep the production free from any hazard and maintain the safe standard as per Government rules.
Finished Goods
We have our own Jar Plant. This means that the packaging for the plastic jars takes place at our unit only. The plastic granules used for making the jars have been kept as per the FOODSTANDARD ACT OF INDIA. Thus, ensuring proper quality of the packaging material and a hygienic quality of cotton seed oil, that will reach our valuable customers.
Moreover, the TIN Packaging (15 kg. NET) that takes place at our plant also includes raw tin made for the first use only. No reuse of TIN Packaging is done at Anand Oil. The sewage dump material is also well treated before its disposal it in the environment, thus rendering it eco-friendly and non-hazardous to Mother Earth.
Dispatch
The products once analyzed are made ready for dispatch. But even at this stage, a quality assurance step is taken into action. For every 1000 packaged products, one or two of the goods is selected at random and analyzed for their safety and quality test. This uplifts the safety level to a higher paradigm. As a whole, goods, once manufactured are hardly found to be faulty or unsafe. Thus, Anand Oil is proud of its policy of QUALITY ASSURANCE to its customers.
